01 . The Challenge

The challenge was to build a bilingual company profile that clearly communicates PT Tirtanet Makmur Sentosa’s services while delivering a seamless mobile experience.

We needed to support Indonesian and English content without layout shifts, ensure fast load times on 3G networks, and craft thumb-friendly navigation for small screens. Key hurdles included maintaining brand consistency across languages, optimizing hero images under 100 KB, and implementing an intuitive language switcher that preserves user context.

02 . The Solution

We delivered a lightweight, responsive company profile powered by Astro and i18n routing. The solution auto-detects user language, serves WebP hero images with fallback, and uses CSS Clamp for fluid typography that scales from 320 px to 4K. A sticky bottom-bar language toggle keeps context intact, while touch-first components—swipeable service cards and a haptic-feedback CTA—boost mobile engagement. The result scores 99 Lighthouse mobile and lets editors update both language versions through a single Markdown CMS.
