The challenge

The challenge was to create a captivating microsite that celebrates Universitas Pertamina’s first decade while effectively narrating its milestones and vision for the future.

We needed to design an immersive storytelling experience that resonates with diverse audiences—prospective students, alumni, faculty, and partners. Key hurdles included presenting ten years of achievements in an interactive timeline, integrating rich media without compromising load times, and ensuring the site remains engaging across all devices. Accessibility and bilingual support were also critical to reach both local and international viewers.

The solution

We delivered a dynamic, scroll-driven microsite featuring an interactive timeline that animates key milestones as users navigate. The solution employs lazy-loaded videos, optimized SVG illustrations, and responsive typography to guarantee fast, fluid performance on any screen. A lightweight CMS enables real-time updates, while dual-language toggles and WCAG-compliant contrast ratios ensure inclusivity. Subtle parallax effects and celebratory color palettes reinforce the festive spirit, culminating in a shareable digital yearbook that boosts alumni engagement and brand pride.
