The challenge

The main challenge was to develop a public service system that effectively tracks and manages street lighting in Cianjur, offering transparency and control for local government authorities.

The SIPAJU system had to be accessible to local authorities, enabling them to monitor street light status, maintenance schedules, and performance metrics in real time. It also needed to facilitate reporting issues quickly and accurately to ensure timely maintenance of public street lighting.

The solution

To address this, we created an intuitive, web-based platform that allows government officials to track streetlight data, view performance reports, and schedule maintenance requests. The system also includes an integrated mapping feature that shows the exact locations of all streetlights in Cianjur, improving operational efficiency and transparency in public service management.
