Personal Finance Tracker

The challenge
Creating an intuitive dashboard UI that adapts fluidly to mobile, tablet, and desktop screens was critical. We needed to present complex financial data—charts, budgets, and transactions—in a lightweight, touch-friendly layout without sacrificing performance. Additional challenges included optimizing real-time data updates, ensuring offline capability, and implementing accessible navigation for users on the go.
The solution
We engineered a fully responsive finance tracker featuring a flexible grid system that reorders modules based on screen size. The solution leverages lazy-loaded charts, swipe gestures for category switching, and tap-to-expand cards for detailed views. We integrated a PWA shell for offline access, added biometric login for security, and ensured all interactive elements meet WCAG 2.1 standards. The app auto-scales typography and spacing, supports dark mode, and syncs seamlessly across devices via encrypted cloud storage.
