The challenge was to develop a scalable e-commerce platform that initially serves the Lampung region while being capable of expanding nationwide, focusing on connecting local sellers with a broader customer base.
The key challenge was creating an e-commerce system that could effectively showcase and deliver Lampung's local products while building infrastructure that could scale nationally. The platform needed to handle regional shipping logistics, support local payment methods, and provide a marketplace that would work equally well for both small local vendors and larger retailers. Additional challenges included implementing region-specific features while maintaining a framework that could adapt to different regional markets across Indonesia.
